We are learning about the Ice Age in homeschool. The assignment was to write a newspaper article describing what life was like in Beringia.

Welcome to Beringia! The climate is mild. There's bear-ish beavers, saber-tooth tigers, and mammoths too. The people are kind and hospitable. The food is good too. The style is bear-ish beaver clothes. Newest style ankle shoes--they're not past your knees! I'm telling you if you have no vacation plans, Beringia's the place!
